Terry Barton began his career as a nuclear power engineer in the Navy, and later transitioned to the oil and gas industry as a technician. After working across the US, Terry settled in Kilgore, Texas, where he met his wife and gained hands-on experience with air systems.
Terry founded Advanced Air Technologies in 1996, using his deep technical background to handle complex projects. He soon hired a team of the best technicians in the country, building a team of trustworthy people with valuable expertise.
